What are your cleaning rates?

Our pricing is completely individualized for each client. We base our pricing on many different factors like cleaning requirements, the presence of pet hair, clutter and the size and areas of your home to clean. That is why we like to meet with you in your home to give you a quote. Remember, this is a free no commitment discussion regarding your needs.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You don’t have to provide a thing

Do you use Green friendly cleaning products?

Yes we do. We have a full cleaning line available to our clients.

Who does Miracle Maids hire to clean my home?

Our cleaning professionals are hired locally, then trained and insured to meet your cleaning needs. Our staff will respect your home by never eating, drinking, smoking or using appliances during their time in your home. We will respect your privacy by only entering the areas of your home you have given us permission to. Miracle Maids takes pride in our employees.

In addition, all of our employees undergo background checks, and Miracle Maids is bonded and insured.

Is Miracle Maids bonded and insured?

Yes, absolutely.

How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

Typically, there will be two people in your home – a team captain and a team member. On rare occasions, there may be three people or just one person. For example, if you need urgent help fast, the office staff may send three people to do the job. If your home is very small, one person may be able to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. We will work with you so you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.

If I sign up for service, will the same person be in my home each time?

We make every effort to ensure that one of the two-team members who serve your home cleans during each visit. If a member of the team changes, our office staff will contact you beforehand to inform you.

What time will you be at my home?

We will make every effort possible to ensure we arrive at the scheduled time agreed upon.

If there is a problem, who can I call?

If you see a problem while the team is in your home, you can talk to the team captain. If you notice something after our visit, call/email our office and we will take care of it immediately. This is our Guaranteed Clean Policy.

Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

No. We will make arrangements together on how Miracle Maids staff will enter your home during your absence. Many of our customers provide a key to their residence. For security, all house keys are individually coded and kept under lock and key at the office.

What if I have to make a change to our scheduled cleaning appointment?

Kindly give us a call and we will work together to choose a time more suitable.
